Excellent and incredible location with parking onsite. Good restaurant at walking distance from the hotel. Airy, a nice size rooms and large bathrooms.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my dog, had a truly memorable stay. I received friendly service from the welcoming and courteous staff. Really enjoyed the terrific and quiet room, and the pleasant view over their garden.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was great and amazing, it had perfect location close enough to Lake and city centre as well as train station, downtown and lake. Everything was nice, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly. The whole experience was pleasant.

I truly enjoyed the hotel! The venue was simple and exceptionally comfortable with excellent location very close to the center and lake of Lugano and the lake and the park and central bus station. The staff was very very helpful all the time. The service was great, I had 1 nice sunny nights here. You could leave a car on site.

I had a great stay at Zurigo Downtown in Lugano. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lakeside and near the central bus station. The room was spacious and very clean, including the bathroom. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the proximity to restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the congress centre and city center, buses on the adjoins street and beautiful Lugano.

The staff at Zurigo Downtown were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the relatively good location of the hotel, which made it convenient to explore the city center. The room was very clean and well-maintained.
